A representative from Google shared with Reuters, “Throughout the latter part of 2023, several of our teams underwent adjustments to enhance efficiency, improve collaboration, and reallocate resources in line with their primary product objectives. Some teams are still undergoing these organisational adjustments, which encompass global role eliminations.”
