Virat Kohli Orders ‘Junk Food’ In Viral Video As Faf Du Plessis, Mohammed Siraj Look On- WATCH

Virat Kohli is popularly regarded as one of the greatest batters of his generation. In terms of sheer numbers and statistics, Kohli might even make it to the list of all-time greats even though he is far from done. One of the main things that people associate with the right-handed batter is fitness. Kohli follows a disciplined lifestyle and diet which has in turn encouraged a culture within the Indian cricket circle.

And now it’s no longer a news that Kohli follows a diet. However, it’s whenever he has a cheat day rather that is tends to grab more headlines. It is in this context that a video has gone viral on social media in which Kohli, who usually avoids eating anything other that the diet that he follows, can be seen ordering ‘junk food’.

The viral clip appears to be from an ad shoot in which Kohli orders pizza, sandwich and aloo chaat. While his Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) teammate Mohammed Siraj remind him of his diet, he insists that he should be allowed to eat what he wants. RCB captain Faf du Plessis also looked on, with an expression of disbelief.

Virat Kohli Tops Orange Cap Chart In IPL 2024

As Kohli has been in good form in IPL 2024 amid some debate over his strike rate especially during his hundred against Rajasthan Royals (RR). He has scored 319 runs in 6 innings at an aveage of 79.75 and a strike rate of 141.78. He has scored 29 boundaries and 12 sixes already in this competition and looks set to pile on many more runs. His rich form, however, hasn’t helped RCB get off to a start that they would have liked. Bengaluru have lost five of the six matches that the have played so far and find themselves at the tenth place on the points tally.
