The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the UPSC NDA & CDS 1 2024 notification today. Candidates aiming for the Combined Defence Services can submit their applications on the official website at upsconline.nic.in. The deadline to complete the application form is January 9, 2024. Applicants for the exam must adhere to the prescribed eligibility criteria. It mandates possessing a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university. Indian Naval Academy applicants, in particular, should hold an engineering degree. Additionally, candidates must be Indian citizens and within the age range of 20 to 24 years. Candidates are advised to check the official notification for more details on eligibility criteria.

How To Fill CDS, NDA Application Form 2024:
Step 1: Visit the official UPSC website at upsconline.nic.in.
Step 2: Register yourself on the One Time Registration (OTR) platform.
Step 3: Complete the CDS 1 or NDA application form 2024 with the required details.
Step 4: Upload the necessary documents with file sizes between 20 to 300 KB as prompted.
Step 5: Pay the specified application fee.
Step 6: Submit the completed CDS 2024 application form.
In case, the candidate wants to effect any change in his/her OTR profile, it shall be allowed only once in the lifetime after the registration at the OTR platform. The option to change in OTR profile data shall be available till the expiry of 7 days from the next day after the closure of the application window of his/her first final application for any Examination of the Commission. In case, the candidate after registration of OTR applies for the first time in this examination; the last date for modification of OTR would be January 01, 2024.

Application Fee:
- General and OBC Categories: Rs. 200
- SC/ST Categories and Female Candidates: Exempt from paying application fees for CDS 1 2024 exam.
