Islamic State Khorasan Province, which the U.S. suspects is involved in Moscow attack, has now threatened India with bloodshed and heavily criticised Afghan Taliban for its ties with New Delhi. The group based in Af-Pak region threatened India in its recent publications and also in a video that featured Babri Masjid demolition, inauguration of Ram Mandir by PM Narendra Modi and the recent incident involving a Delhi cop who kicked Muslim worshippers for offering Namaz on road in the national capital.
