Inside Javed Jaaferi’s Sea-Facing 7,000-Square-Foot Bandra Home

Located in the vibrant Bandra neighborhood, the house is a vision of beige hues and textured walls.

Tall plants, including rubber plants and plumerias, add a touch of greenery to every corner. The living room features a plush sage green couch alongside cozy chairs with a boucle texture.

Large white paper lamps adorn the ceilings, and a dining table set inspired by Spanish decor has its own dedicated space.

Jaaved shared in the video that although he had always been a “Bandra boy” before moving to Lokhandwala, his kids persuaded him to move back to Bandra.

Initially hesitant due to Bandra’s dense population, Jaaved was quickly won over by the charm of the house.

“Earlier my problem with Bandra was that, with the amount of construction everywhere, buildings are situated amusingly close together where you can open the door and ask for a cup of sugar. But when I saw this place I just fell in love,” he told AD.

Meezaan and Alaviaa take turns showing their rooms, each featuring massive closets and cushy beds.

The tour also includes a look at Jaaved’s expansive terrace, which offers stunning sea views.

Jaaved reflects on what he loves most about the house, which is his fourth.
