This Hindu festival brings people together regardless of their background and social and religious differences. It celebrates the eternal love of Radha and Krishna. Holi will be observed on Monday, March 25 with Holika Dahan or Choti Holi on Sunday, March 24. An astrologer and Vastu consultant Hitendra Kumar shares lucky colours according to each zodiac sign.

Aries

Astrologer Hitendra Kumar Sharma suggested that people with the zodiac sign Aries should opt for vibrant red hues for their Holi celebrations. Red, being deemed auspicious for Aries, boasts qualities associated with love and truth.

Taurus 

People with the zodiac sign Taurus should choose purple and orange colours for Holi. Taurus, ruled by Venus, is linked with traits like security and stability. These colours symbolise growth, stability and prosperity.

Gemini

Astrologer Hitendra Kumar advises individuals with the zodiac sign Gemini to celebrate Holi with green colours, preferably with friends. Green represents nature and aligns well with the traits of Mercury-ruled Gemini.

Cancer

People with the zodiac sign Cancer should pick blue colours for their Holi festivities. Since Cancer is ruled by the Moon, blue is deemed lucky for them during this celebration.

Leo 

People with the zodiac sign Leo should play Holi with an orange colour. Leo is ruled by the Sun. This colour is considered auspicious for Leo while playing Holi.

Virgo

Virgo can celebrate Holi using yellow colours. Mercury rules Virgo, representing the earth element. They’re advised to apply blue gulal to their sisters and aunts if possible.

Libra

For those having Libra as a zodiac sign playing Holi with blue and saffron colours is recommended. Venus governs Libra, which represents the air element.

Scorpio

Scorpios can select any colour for their Holi festivities as they are under the influence of Mars.

Sagittarians are advised to use yellow colour for Holi, as it’s ruled by Jupiter and represents the fire element. Yellow colour is considered auspicious and brings divine blessings during Holi celebrations.

Capricorn

Capricorn should play Holi with red, purple and brown colours. Governed by Saturn, Capricorn represents the earth element.

Aquarius

Pisces
