Khariyan advises individuals with sensitive skin to opt for gentle, fragrance-free, and hypoallergenic cleansers tailored specifically for their needs.

Khariyan suggests avoiding hot water when cleansing, as it can strip the skin of its natural oils and exacerbate dryness. Additionally, she emphasises the importance of makeup removal before bedtime to prevent potential irritation and recommends using a gentle foamy cleanser for a fresh and clear complexion.
