Budaun Double Murder: 2nd Accused Javed, Brother Of Slain Killer Sajid, Arrested In Bareilly

Budaun Double Murder Case: The Uttar Pradesh police arrested the second accused Javed on Thursday, sources told ABP News. 

The victims’ last rites, Ayush and Ahaan, were performed on Wednesday morning, a day after both brothers were murdered in cold blood by a barber named Sajid, who was known to the family. Sajid was later killed in a police encounter, while another accused, Javed, has fled. 

Sajid allegedly attacked three brothers — Ayush, 12, Ahaan alias Honey, 8, and Yuvraj, 10 — with a knife at their home on Tuesday. Ayush and Ahaan were killed, while Yuvraj was taken to the hospital with critical injuries. His condition is now reported to be stable.

Following the attack, enraged locals vandalised and set fire to the buildings, while some right-wing Hindu groups held a protest.
