Amitabh Bachchan’s Old Poem Goes Viral Ahead Of IND Vs AUS World Cup Final

New Delhi: Amitabh Bachchan has often entertained us with his poetry recitations. Recently, an old video of Big B wishing team with a sweet poem about India is making rounds on the internet ahead of IND vs AUS World Cup final. The Indian cricket team will play the World Cup final against Australia on November 19. The match between the two teams will take place at the famous Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

Amitabh Bachchan has maintained a consistent presence in the sports world. A year ago, Bachchan, the longtime presenter of the quiz gameshow Kaun Banega Crorepati, delivered a poem on the show as the Men in Blue prepared for the T20 World Cup against Pakistan.

His poem ‘Neeli jersey wale’ refers to team India (Blue jersey wearers or Men in Blue). The video is from one of the episodes of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 14’. He recited a poem meant to inspire his beloved sports team.

Big B can be heard urging the Indian team, “Iss baar firse vishwa cup utha lo (Once again, win the world cup)”

India and Australia will play their 151st ODI match in the last game of the ODI World Cup 2023. If India beats Australia in tomorrow’s final in Ahmedabad, it will be the Men in Blue’s second World Cup victory on Indian soil.

Also on Friday, Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel met with top officials to review the city of Ahmedabad’s preparations for the upcoming match, including measures taken to ensure the safety of spectators, the cleanliness of the city, and traffic management.

Meanwhile, Amitabh Bachchan is getting ready with Prabhas and Deepika Padukone for the upcoming science fiction flick ‘Kalki 2898 AD’. Currently, Amitabh is hosting ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 15’.
